Shipping policy

By The C Inc. ships worldwide. Currently, the website automatically calculates shipping within Canada and the U.S. For other locations, please contact us directly to determine shipping costs.

By The C Inc. offers free shipping for orders over $150 (in Canada). Your order will be processed within one to two business days from receipt of payment. We strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible.

Standard delivery time for Canadian orders is usually 2-9 business days, shipped via Canada Post. U.S. orders are shipped via  Canada Post to United States Postal Service after being processed through U.S. Customs. U.S. orders can take up to 14 business days to arrive. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. Once orders arrive in the country of delivery, any customs, duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Priority delivery is available upon request.

Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been processed and shipped we can no longer alter the address. If an order is returned to us from Canada Post due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address being entered at checkout, you will be charged the standard shipping rate to resend.
