Refund policy

By The C Inc. is happy to exchange or refund merchandise sold within Canada and the US within 30 days of purchase with no restocking fee - provided it is in its original selling condition.

Please contact us directly by email before returning items, at cindi@bythec.ca.

Purchases are to be returned at the buyers' expense, except in cases of manufacturer defects or flaws.

A full refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Due to varying bank policies, please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear.

By The C Inc. reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. Please note that garment tags must remain attached, and the item cannot be worn, washed or tampered with.
